Tim Stevens has jumped on the Grenache bandwagon and found a comfy chair. A long time fan of the variety, he has planted a heap more vines in recent years. This is a juicy number and a damn fine take on the variety.

Half dry but 100% supreme awesomeness. I could have more than my fair share of this wonderful wine. Time and again it smashes it and the 2022 release is no different.
John Mellencamp has the Cherry Bomb but Robert Stein has the citrus bomb. This Riesling is a belter.
In the groove. Silky and savoury, aged red wine bliss. I was fortunate enough to score a museum release sample of this wine. True to form, these Huntington Estate wines age well.
A little something fresh and appealing from Huntington Estate - a drink now, think later blend of Grenache, Pinot Noir and Shiraz. Who says you can't drink red wine in summer?
These Huntington Estate wines are great for the money. They will age well too. This Shiraz is that cool night comfort many yearn for this time of year.
A good drink for those that aren't chasing anything too complex nor obtrusive. A ho-hum red of sorts.
This batch of Shiraz didn't fit the reserve range so it was kept on its own - smart move. Seeing 15% new oak for 18 months, it's a little bit different. But good different as some may say - it's like a Cherry Ripe in a glass.
These latest releases from Huntington Estate have to be consistently the best I've seen across the range for a number of years. Bravo! The top end reds are in some serious form. This Cabernet is a treat and will reward further cellaring but there is no reason why you can't rip in now.
An excellent Mudgee Shiraz that is destined for even greater things given more time in the bottle.
It's long and balanced and a damn fine drink. It whisks you away - you're captivated by its depth and drive yet its savoury beauty captivates and keeps your interest levels heightened.
The focus and precision of the maker (he who has his name on the label), is worth acknowledging here. It's a wine that grows on you and you are rewarded handsomely.
There is nothing like a vibrant and fresh Semillon to brighten your afternoon mood. Sip this in the sun or with a bucket of prawns. For me, I'd do both.
Mudgee Cabernet. It's big, it's boisterous and it's damn comforting. Need a cuddle on the inside? Here's your weapon. In a line up of similarly priced Cabernets, this finished on top and shows you don't need to drop a bomb to snare a great drop.
Oh the freshness. It's something that leaps out here from the get-go. A barrel fermented Chardonnay from Mudgee's Huntington Estate.
