I'm sure this is the first time I have come across Shiraz, Grenache and Touriga blended together. A solid wine that would be best with food rather than by itself, it's calling out for kebabs or paella.
The fruit is dense with an array of barbecue rub spices and baking spices buried throughout. Plums and dark cherries are met with red currants and blueberries. A trail of smoked meats mingle with black pepper and dark chocolate. The more it breathes, the more it reveals its prettier side, but the firmish acid just needs to chill out a little. Pour a glass or two by the fire pit and you're in business.
Drink to five years.
