A fresh, frisky and very young Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blend that sees some barrel work.
Expressive on opening with passionfruit, gooseberry, cut herbs, green leafiness and green tendrils. That green thing just goes too hard for mine, and if anything, it ensures that this wine's youth is highlighted.
It calms in the mouth with good palate weight along with some width. Green pineapple husk, white fleshed stonefruit and limes raise their hand with a fine line of creaminess. If only that green tinge stepped back a little more.
