Something brand new and fresh from Indigo Vineyards, this Frizzante NV is fun, fresh and will hit its target market with ease.
Made from 100% Shiraz, the ferment was stopped at 35g/L of residual sugar. Delightful aromas of musk, strawberries and Turkish Delight swoon. The balance is the clincher with my interest piqued by the shimmer of textural appeal. Add a flash of white pepper before a cleansing finish, and you have a tidy appetiser. Those who just like wines a little sweeter will rush to this style too given its gentle fizz. Well done.
