From Mudgee's first Prosecco producer comes this expressive and inviting example. Sealed with a screw cap which may catch a few off guard, this is a festive, energetic and super inviting fizz.
Originally planted in 1997, the vineyard is perched 600 metres above sea level. Clean and fresh, this is highlighted by lemon juice and zest with a cheeky lemon sherbet tang. White field flowers and meringue add pretty aromas with fine lines and a respectable bead that skips through the glass. Add a dash of canned pear and a green apple crunch and you have a very tidy drink on your hands. Sunday chill sessions light up with ease as this is splashed in your glass.
