Butter cream, lemon butter, lemon rind get things on the move. There's a tension coiled around the mouth with a citrusy vibe humming along. Lemon rind tang adds further interest before the wine pushes through to a long and satisfying finish. Roast pork or seafood in a lemon butter sauce would eat this up easy. Good stuff.
