Parker Coonawarra Estate Chardonnay 2016

Best bang for buck Chardonnay from Coonawarra - yes sir!

Half of this saw new French oak where MLF took place while the remainder saw stainless steel to keep freshness and vibrancy.

Butter cream, lemon butter, lemon rind get things on the move. There's a tension coiled around the mouth with a citrusy vibe humming along. Lemon rind tang adds further interest before the wine pushes through to a long and satisfying finish. Roast pork or seafood in a lemon butter sauce would eat this up easy. Good stuff.

Drink now to five years.
