So fresh and crisp, whiffs of lemon juice, sea spray and cut herbs. It's keen and focused with a sizzling drive through the mouth. Citrus acidity is captivating and moreish lingering long. Of the three, this is the wine I kept coming back to - poise and sophistication sum it up best. A brilliant wine.
