Tasty Montepulciano. Really tasty. Gimme a big glass pronto.
Marcus Hofer trots out another great Montepulciano. His last few releases have been quite consistent. There is a lot to admire about its curves and lines. Blackberries, tar and a subtle mintiness (Cool Mints specifically) get you in the mood. Dried sage adds some savoury factor. Juicy cherries rush late as does some soft spices. Pizza and pasta night here we come.
Drink to three years.
