A pretty simple wine with nothing jumping to the fore.
Basic characters of stewed berry, peppery spice and some slight oak. The fruit is light and lacking depth, with some noticeable acid. Peppery spice dominates a good length.
Often discounted around the $10 mark, it's not a bad safe option.
