Soft black fruit and plums in the mouth which fill out well. You'd expect bigger, but dare I mention the wet vintage factor.
Regardless, a very easy drinking and comforting wine to kick back with.
This wine was tasted along with a couple of other Cabernets and judging by the amount taken from the bottle, this was clearly the favoured wine.
One for the trolley to drink sooner rather than later.
