The fruit for this wine is sourced from Orange in NSW.
Soft florals, melons and stone fruit hover here. It's quite fresh and light in the mouth and the melon characters drive though. An ever so faint nutty character can also be picked up.
Certainly a drink now type and a Chardy which would appeal to those not too keen on the variety. Decent value too.
For me, I prefer a Chardonnay with more fruit drive and depth.
