Leeuwin Estate Art Series Riesling 2014

This carries a minerally backbone and it sure makes its presence felt. There's some lime pith hanging in the wings but that minerality drives through all the way. Bone dry, it certainly needs food but its not a wine which made me want to rip into another glass in a hurry.

Compared to the other new releases, this just seems a little off the pace - the Cab and Chardonnay are tremendous wines.

Good.
