Damn I loved this! 20% whole bunch, skinsy, complexity, length, depth, spice - need I go on. All for a mere 22 bucks! Walk over broken glass for it I say.
The back label has rock star appeal too, "Thanks for your time and indulgence." No, thank you.
Winemaker Tim Shand has a knack of belting out chart toppers with this Airlie Bank range. Lots of fresh fruit appeal here too - 10% old French oak used and the remainder saw stainless steel. Dip your oar in this lake of deliciousness and you'll see what I mean.
Drink now to eight years.
Very good.
