There's some complexity without being hardcore due to having spent nearly four years in bottle prior to release. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (52/40/8) make up the blend from Adelaide Hills fruit. Driven by bready characters, apples, grapefruit and some citrus, it's well balanced kicking on to a persistent finish. Dry, clean and crisp sum it up best.
Well priced, I have no issue recommending this drop to get the party started.
