Zema Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

An ever reliable producer and this new release is solid once again. Classic Coonawarra in spades.

Dark fruits, cassis, dark chocolate and mint. Generous and moreish, this is right in the slot. Drying tannins with chalky and powdery feels. A great drink. I had it with lamb chops - you should too.

Drink now but will cellar long term.

92/100
