Pig In The House Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Organic Cabernet Sauvignon. And while the label states, "No animals were harmed in making this wine," it's anyone's guess where the fruit came from - little info on the label. Sigh.  But it is vegan friendly.

Floor board, old wooden cupboard, black berry pie, tobacco and sultana aromas. Plummy fruit comes across a little stewed while dried herbs give some front. The mouth is dried out by sapping tannins which finish chalky. I'd battle to finish a glass.

Drink now to five years.
