Angove Alternatus Fiano 2017

I've been quite a fan of this Alternatus range. This Fiano ticks the boxes. Classy stuff.

The fruit comes from the Oliver's Taranga vineyard, good folk who know a thing or two about great Fiano. A small portion was left on skins for three days for texture and complexity. 500 cases made.

Whiffs of custard apple, green melon and tropical fruits. A sneaky whiff of ginger lurks in the background too. A creamy drive with some textural complexity. Generous white stonefruit is tossed up to please with a super soft spice rounding it all off. Two thumbs up.

Drink now to three years.
