The Redman gang have found their mojo of late. Some super impressive wines are being released. One to stick in the black book, this will take you to happy places.
To be released in December 2017 online, gee this is an impressive Cabernet for a wine so young in the tooth. Well away from hitting its straps, age will be its friend - that's the Redman way. All that said, it has already scooped the pool picking up four trophies and five gold medals after being entered in a handful of shows. There will be more to come too I suspect.
Sumptuous aromas of blueberries and pretty blue flowers, almost sneaking into the violet realm. Dark fruits, aniseed, cassis and well-balanced oak shows restraint yet a sleek defining touch of elegance. Sitting long and generous, I could befriend this all too easily. A fantastic release. Embrace the beauty of classic Coonawarra Cabernet with two hands - applaud now.
