Killer Riesling! I could dive into this with pike.
Aromas burst from the glass with youthful exuberance. Kaffir lime leaf, shades of orange peel, citrus flower, green apple and white flowers. A Riesling which just seems unforced with mouthwatering acidty and some minerality plus grapefruit feels. Things start with a bang but it calms the farm beautifully with a softly softly talc finish. Oh I could drink a lot of this.
