Pig in the House Chardonnay 2017

Organic and biodynamic Chardonnay from Cowra in New South Wales.

15% barrel fermentation has enhanced the mouthfeel. There's a creamy and wholemeal bread presence. An ever so subtle whiff of banana sitting behind vanilla and white fleshed stone fruit. All the pieces are there but the consistency in delivery could be a touch more seamless. Bitey acidity lingers too.

Drink now to three years.
