Boireann Shiraz S2 2015

Stunning cool climate Shiraz. The only sad part about this is that owner and winemaker Peter Stark is looking to sell up which will be a huge loss for the Queensland Wine industry.

Aromas of dark and red fruits, a fine spray of white pepper dust, the bright appearance is just humming. Medium bodied, white pepper coasts through the mouth with ease. Briary and savoury characters tend to take over the red fruit lying below finishing long and very satisfying.

Will cellar long term.
