Grassy, cut herbs and citrusy aromas. That Semillon fatness really comes to the fore here with a phenolic character which just hangs. Down the hatch and lemons and limes roll through effortlessly in a constant wave.
Vibrant acidity lies in wait to cut through your fish and chips but I wouldn't say no to a bucket of prawns and a glass or two that's for sure.
Drink now but will develop nicely with bottle age over the long term.
