A solid Chardy on the old-school spectrum made by Hawke's Bay producer Tony Bish.
Creme caramel, buttered toast, dried mango and pineapple husk all seep through its veins. The creamy drive is quite irresistible for lovers of those rich Chardonnay styles. A lemony tang on close is a neat touch. Good going for the money.
