A big Pinot Noir from Languedoc. Weighty and over-extracted perhaps?
Shiraz fans may enjoy this but it is too tannic for me. I feel like I'm running into the wind. That salmon pushing upstream. Dusty and smokey to close, but for me, it isn't the elegance that Pinot can produce. Pinot purists can do better.
