Angove Organic Chardonnay 2014

Expect to pay over $20 for an organic wine. This comes in below that mark and is a pretty handy type.

The aromas aren't all that heady but this is just good, reliable drinking.

A whiff of yellow peach flesh is followed by slight vanilla, white peach, and apricot kernel flavours. A dab of citrus and a slight almond meal type finish wraps it up. The length hangs on nicely too.

Check independent retailers.
