Partial fermentation in old French oak for three weeks has imparted some texture and complexity to this tropical fruit driven wine.
The fruit for this Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Adelaide Hills. Aromas of fresh cut herbs, green melon and some grassiness kick things off. It's in the mouth that it develops some momentum carried on the shoulders of tropical fruit. Fruit and acid are balanced well with a respectable cleansing finish. Quality drinking for the money.
