A blend of Chardonnay (85%) and Pinot Noir (15%), it's quite bready and yeasty. The fruit is light and fresh and a little thin but it certainly throws itself into the enjoyable category. I shared this with friends and it was universally approved for it's pure simplicity.
The finish is dry and it's a great match with prawns and sunshine. I'd happily have a couple of glasses of this.
