One of the consistent d'Arenberg releases each year that doesn't blow a hole in the wallet.
Apricot nectar, orange marmalade and mandarin juice early. It's creamy with vanilla and mascarpone. Some pleasing width but the flow through to the back palate seems to have hit a weir and stops dead. Good acid with those creamy feels pushing through long. Creamy pasta dishes, chicken, lunch time under the trees.
Drink to five years.
