Muscadelle, Roussanne, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Chardonnay (45/30/13/6/4/2) produce a wine that is wonderfully textural with great structure and built for food. The Viognier makes its presence known as apricot nectar slides through. Gewurtz like aromas from the Muscadelle keep the perfume interest high. A little creamy through the mouth, mascarpone like, subtle white pepper and cinnamon spices rise up on close. It is a wine to sip slow and ponder. Just beautiful.
