With a golden glow in the glass, white-fleshed stonefruit, barbecued peach, fig, raw cashew, and butterscotch rise up from the class. Wonderfully fused together, there is some serious harmony at play. It starts lean and gains some gradual momentum. There is some texture that tightens up and then slowly releases its grip on close. Long, a wonderfully creamy and nutty drive cruises through to a captivating finish. The best word to summarise this glamour? Sophisticated.
