Scents of dried thyme gain momentum with more time in the glass. I keep coming back to the raspberries and raspberry coulis though. Strawberries slide in underneath in stealth mode. Juicy and fine, sour cherries rush in late - there is so much going on and so much to admire. Delicate and sassy, super fine tannins wrap up an impressive wine that oozes class.
