You can't help feel a sense of calm as this washes through you. What a luxurious and delicious expression of Shiraz. I've said it before, if you have yet to introduce yourself to Tim Smith Wines, perhaps you should down tools and extend your hand. An excellent wine.
From the cooler climes of the Eden Valley, this expression of Shiraz is seductively smooth. The 2019 vintage delivered tiny yields, and as a result, only one barrel of Shiraz was produced. It glides down like melted chocolate and coats the mouth salubriously. Satiny and outrageously supple, a lick of caramel tucks itself in behind blueberry paste and purple fruits. The fruit seemingly floats through the mouth. Soft pillows of tannin skim through to a long and pleasurable finish. Friday night, chats with your love and a few glasses of this = bliss.
