Sauvignon Blanc not unfamiliar to many commercial pubs and hotels around the country.
The brief here no doubt is to produce something clean and fresh to be enjoyed immediately. It's got all that but to me it's green and leafy. Tropical fruit is put in a sleeper hold with grassy and those leafy characters seizing control. Pineapple and gooseberry sneak in late but its tense and 'green' personality aren't enough to hook me in.
