The wine was kept in one to three year old French and American oak for 14 months.
I'm tasting this as rain taps on the roof - a perfect fit really. A soothing type indeed.
Blackberry jellies, violets and dark chocolate. Shaved pencil and a pinch of mint at the death. Pleasure comes easy here with a softly softly delivery finishing long and moreish. Well made. Go here.
