A fruit salad of sorts here. It's a good slurp too. Dry Rosé for your drinking pleasure.
Grenache is the main variety in this heaped blend with Shiraz, Zinfandel and Merlot. The press release mentions Cabernet Franc too but the bottle says Pinot Gris. Just a minor confusing detail there but it matters little in the end.
The fruit comes off certified organic and biodynamic sites. Strawberries and dried cranberry fruit. It's got some texture which fills the mouth. Beautiful. Bone dry, there's a dusting of fine spices on what seems a never ending finish. Tick.
