A 70/30 blend which underwent barrel fermentation for ten months, 25% of which was new oak. 230 dozen made. Great drinking.
Quite an inviting wine. A whiff of cream with apricot, nougat and a touch of honey. Melted butter and buttercream slowly reveal themselves wrapped up by a yellow peach kiss. Most enjoyable drinking for those who lean towards such blends.
Drink now to five years.
