Pretty. Attractive aromas here to hook you in. Introduce yourself to Cooks Lot - you won't be disappointed.
Only recently in bottle, it took a little time to coax out its true personality. I'm pleased I was patient.
A few swirls of the glass later and white flowers, touches of musk, expected poached pear rise up.
Soft through the mouth, the fruit purrs from gate to post. Neat textural touches add detail and interest. A delicate ginger spice slithers along bringing cinnamon poached fruit to the fore.
Great drinking to match chicken and pasta dishes.
Drink now.
