Ricca Terra Daisy Chain 2018

Damn these Ricca Terra wines have some shelf appeal. Great colours have been selected to draw the eye away from the onslaught of those white labels that are so common. Stick your snoz into this glass and be drawn away to higher places. Woah!

Four unusual bedfellows here but they work a treat - Muscat Blanc, Petit Grains, Greco and Fiano. Rose water, field flowers, and faint touches of honeycomb spill from the glass. The mouth is coated well as some textural feels unfurl with ease. Poached pear fruit rolls through flanked with a cameo of lemon rind before finishing dry with slippery like finish to close it out. Good stuff.

Southern-style fried chicken burgers and spicy Asian dishes are calling.

Drink now.
