From selected vineyards in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. Picked and fermented separately and brought together at blending (51/49).
Soft citrus fruits from the Semillon meet expressive tropical fruit from the Sauvignon Blanc. Clean, crisp and refreshing, it's the type of wine you want to chill hard to throw back in the shade with some fresh seafood. Think lemon and lime juice, lemongrass, gooseberry, passionfruit, green melon and guava. Some textural interest for good measure sneaks in late and clings on to a respectable finish. A big tick in the box.
