Gundog Estate Indomitus Rutilus Shiraz 2017

Oh, this is good. Very, very good. Stylish and precise, medium bodied Shiraz screaming class.

Vibrant and juicy fruit is surrounded by gorgeous savoury highlights. Drunken cherries and flashes of lilly pilly ride on the calm delivery of delicious medium-bodied red fruit. It's a soft caress through the mouth clinging to a what seems a never-ending finish. Oak is well pitched adding touches of pan juices and char. Soft spices and flings of pepper seem to circle the mouth inviting you back for more. Super!
