There's a big kick to this but you wouldn't know it. Weighing in at 7.2%, it's made with apples grown on the Granite Belt.
Bone dry, it's yeasty with a fine rub of texture through the mouth. Super clean and crisp, the fruit is quite thin and seems to refrain from any interaction. A refreshing drink in some respects but give me more apples, please.
