Lovely poached pear fruit and crisp apples are framed by soft cinnamon and ginger like spices. Touches of honey, white flowers and almonds add further interest. The fruit fills the mouth with ease thanks to the help from a cheeky dollop of Roussanne. An easy thumbs up.
