All the fruit came of one vineyard with 30% whole bunch pressed straight to barrel seeing four months on lees.
A wonderful introduction of Nashi pear and apricot skin perfume opens the account. Soft white peach flesh plus a dash of lemon juice add pleasure. A fine scattering of cinnamon spices add another element before a long finish takes hold. It's a wonderful drink.
