A fair drink for not a lot although a couple of years has already changed its shape.
Tangy lemon sherbert and lemon pith add to generous lemon and pear juice. Some toasty characters and lemon balm can be seen too. Almond nuttiness, lemongrass and soft spices unfurl gradually and clutch to a long and finish - it's seems to be heading down the road of an aged Riesling if you know what I mean. There's some body here making it ideal to match with oily fish dishes or just a stack of chips. I'm just wondering if its deliberately held back?
Drink now.
