Auld Family Wines Strawbridge Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
Langhorne Creek Cabernet that perhaps needs more time to calm the farm.
Like a stroll through a capsicum field. It's quite strong in that respect. It's leafy too. In some respects it's hard to get past all that capsicum. I looked at it over a couple of days and the aromas were still quite 'in your face' to use a term - almost blocking the door and not allowing you in. Dark chocolate with some blackberries with dry cocoa like tannins.
Region: Langhorne Creek
