A wine that will age well, it's concentrated profile leads itself to being tucking away in a dark place for a few years before you hit the Go button.
Give it a breath of air to see it reveal it's personality. Dried Mediterranean herbs, tomato bush, black olives, fennel and cocoa rise up. Dark berry fruit tucks in behind seemingly happy to steal the limelight. Sapping and drying chalky tannins grasp on to a long finish calling out for large plates of lamb and the company of those who enjoy chats and laughing out loud.
