A pretty tidy drink all up. Ideal barbeque wine, and not surprisingly, that's where I came across it.
There's a good rythym about it as it meanders about without all that much fanfare. It's just a good drinking Shiraz. Scents of raspberry coulis and dark berries move to peppery fruit in the mouth. A little short if anything but tight. Drying and sapping, white pepper is sprinkled across the finish. Yep, steak and sausages are the go here.
Drink to 8 years.
