Woodstock Shiraz 2015

Bit of a donut wine - there's a hole in the middle. Normally a comment reserved for Cabernet, I found it quite prominent here.

Some good characteristics throughout but the mid palate going MIA pegs it back. There's a Cherry Ripe thing going on. Cinnamon and cedar trickle through before dark chocolate loops around and returns for more. Fine pepper to close, it goes ok.

Drink to six years.
