Steak night and a glass of this and you're in business.
Dark chocolate and cedar to start, you could suggest there's a bit of a cherry ripe thing going on. Medium bodied, it has some weight in the saddle bags with dark purple fruits, black plums and tilled earth. Raspy type tannins close things out. Best had with food and a steak is an ideal partner.
Drink now to five years.
