A rock-solid example of Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir.
Pretty aromas of dark cherries and woodsy spices get you in the mood. Earthy, dark plums, shades of burnt orange and some twiggy feels too. The tannins are a little pent up initially but chill out with time in the glass. Soft spices push through the mouth on close with a touch of red apple acidity. Good going.
Drink to five years.
